We will do everything we can to make sure that you get the service you need. We understand how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible.
In most cases Tamerx Diesel Products only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud, your billing information must match the credit card you provide.

The terms, conditions, and details of our warranty vary from product to product. Specific warranty details can be found below.

Tamerx Diesel Products provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.

Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".

If you experience a problem with your part or it is not functioning properly, the correct warranty procedure is to call us at (510) 257-1777 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday). From that point, we will review with you any troubleshooting steps that may need to be taken and other areas or systems that can be checked to rule out external problems contributing to your part's issue. If a replacement is determined to be necessary, we will then arrange for your replacement part to ship out ASAP and issue any necessary return shipping labels and/or documents.

As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Tamerx Diesel Products, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx Diesel Products will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.

What is a Core Charge?

A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.

30 Day Core Charge Hold

You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The exhaust manifold is a critical component in the International Navistar MaxxForce 11 and 13 engines, helping direct exhaust gases away from the engine and into the exhaust system. The International Navistar MaxxForce 11, 13 Exhaust Manifold (OEM 3007670C97) ensures proper exhaust flow, improving engine efficiency and reducing the risk of overheating. Proper maintenance of this component is essential to keep your engine running smoothly and prevent costly repairs.

Key Functions of the Exhaust Manifold

  • Collects Exhaust Gases
    • The manifold collects exhaust gases from the engine’s cylinders and channels them into the exhaust system.
  • Reduces Backpressure
    • By efficiently directing exhaust gases, the manifold reduces backpressure, which can improve engine performance and fuel efficiency.
  • Supports Emissions Control
    • Proper exhaust flow helps the emissions control systems function effectively, reducing harmful emissions.
  • Durable Construction
    •  Built to withstand high temperatures, the OEM 3007670C97 manifold is designed for long-lasting performance in demanding environments.

Maintenance Tips for the Exhaust Manifold

  • Inspect for Cracks
    • Regularly check for cracks or damage in the manifold, as these can lead to exhaust leaks and reduced engine efficiency.
  • Check Gasket Integrity
    • Ensure that the gaskets are intact and properly sealed to prevent leaks and maintain optimal exhaust flow.
  • Clean Exhaust System
    • Regularly clean the exhaust system to prevent carbon buildup, which can affect the performance of the manifold and the engine.
  • Replace When Necessary
    •  If the manifold is damaged or worn, replacing it with the OEM 3007670C97 will restore proper exhaust function and improve engine efficiency.

The International Navistar MaxxForce 11, 13 Exhaust Manifold (OEM 3007670C97) is essential for maintaining efficient exhaust flow and supporting overall engine performance. Regular inspections and timely maintenance will help prevent exhaust issues and keep your engine running at its best. Trust TamerX Diesel Parts for high-quality exhaust components and other essential parts to keep your engine in peak condition.

The exhaust manifold is a crucial component of your vehicle’s exhaust system, responsible for collecting exhaust gases from the engine and directing them through the exhaust system. Over time, an exhaust manifold can crack or fail due to various factors, which can lead to performance issues and increased emissions. Understanding the common causes of exhaust manifold failure can help you prevent costly repairs and maintain optimal engine performance.

Common Causes of Exhaust Manifold Cracks or Failures:

  • Extreme Heat Cycles

    • The exhaust manifold is constantly exposed to extreme heat from the engine. Over time, repeated heating and cooling cycles can cause the metal to expand and contract, leading to cracks.

  • Poor Material Quality

    • In some cases, the quality of the materials used in the manifold construction can contribute to early failure. Low-quality metals are more susceptible to heat stress and corrosion.

  • Vibration and Stress

    • Engine vibrations, combined with road conditions, can place additional stress on the exhaust manifold. Over time, this stress can lead to fractures or warping of the manifold.

  • Improper Installation

    •  If the exhaust manifold is not installed properly or the bolts are not torqued correctly, it can result in uneven pressure distribution, causing the manifold to crack or fail prematurely.

  • Corrosion

    • Exposure to moisture, salt, and other contaminants can cause the exhaust manifold to corrode, weakening the structure and increasing the risk of cracks or leaks.

Exhaust manifold cracks or failures can be caused by extreme heat, stress, poor material quality, or improper installation. Regular inspections and maintenance of your exhaust system can help detect any issues early, preventing more significant damage to your engine. Addressing these problems promptly can keep your vehicle running smoothly and improve its overall performance.
