New Return Policy

RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
• Are in the original, untarnished packaging.
• Are not used, installed, painted, or disassembled.
• Are not damaged due to incorrect installation.
• Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions.


Not Returnable, Except for Warranty:
• Tools
• Electrical parts and components (ECU's, solenoids, sensors, wiring harnesses, and more)
• Gaskets and Gasket Kits
• Seals and O-rings
• Parts not purchased from TamerX
• Special order parts (non-inventory) are not returnable for any reason outside of normal replacement warranty.
• Non-stock parts and special-order items.


Refunds

Once we receive the return, conduct an inspection of the part or product, and verified that the return meets the above guidelines, a full refund for the parts sales amount will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once issued, the refund will take approximately 10-14 business days to reach your credit card (timing depends on the issuing bank).



Core Policy

CORES CAN BE RETURNED FOR UP TO 60 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SALE. CREDIT WILL BE SUBJECT TO CORE RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITION OF THE CORE.


CORE RETURNS

If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value:
• Core return MUST be returned within 60 days of invoice date.
• All fluids must be drained from the core.
• The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed.


Cores must be returned in the original packaging or box used in the shipment of the order sent to you. If not returned in its original packaging, we cannot credit the core charge.
• Your core will be inspected to determine if the core meets the Manufacturers eligibility requirements.
• There might be a partial core credit depending on the condition of the core.
• Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are non-refundable.
