In most cases Tamerx Diesel Products only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud, your billing information must match the credit card you provide.

The terms, conditions, and details of our warranty vary from product to product. Specific warranty details can be found below.

Tamerx Diesel Products provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.

Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".

If you experience a problem with your part or it is not functioning properly, the correct warranty procedure is to call us at (510) 257-1777 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday). Be sure to have your order number and/or other relevant order information ready so we can easily locate your order and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. From that point, we will review with you any troubleshooting steps that may need to be taken and other areas or systems that can be checked to rule out external problems contributing to your part's issue. As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Tamerx Diesel Products, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx Diesel Products will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.

What is a Core Charge?

A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.

30 Day Core Charge Hold

You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The high-pressure oil pump (HPOP) hose in the International Navistar T444E engine is a critical component for delivering oil to the fuel injectors, allowing the engine to function efficiently. The International Navistar T444E High Pressure Oil Pump Hose (OEM F6TZ-9S317A) ensures that oil is delivered under the correct pressure, supporting proper engine performance. Maintaining this hose is essential to prevent potential engine failures and to keep the system running smoothly.

Key Functions of the High Pressure Oil Pump Hose

  • Delivers High-Pressure Oil
    • The hose delivers oil from the pump to the injectors, ensuring proper operation of the fuel system.
  • Supports Injector Function
    • With the right oil pressure, fuel injectors can operate efficiently, leading to better engine performance.
  • Prevents Oil Leaks
    •  A high-quality hose like the OEM F6TZ-9S317A helps prevent oil leaks that could result in loss of pressure and engine issues.
  • Durable Construction
    • Built to withstand high pressures, this hose is designed to handle the demanding conditions of diesel engines.

Maintenance Tips for the HPOP Hose

  • Regular Inspections
    • Periodically inspect the hose for signs of wear, cracks, or leaks. Identifying issues early can prevent major engine damage.
  • Check Oil Levels
    • Keeping your oil at the correct level ensures that the pump and hose can function without strain.
  • Replace When Needed
    • Over time, hoses can deteriorate. If you notice any damage, it’s essential to replace the hose with an OEM F6TZ-9S317A to maintain oil pressure.
  • Monitor Engine Performance
    • If you experience rough idling or reduced power, it could indicate issues with the oil pressure hose. Prompt inspection can save further complications.

The International Navistar T444E High Pressure Oil Pump Hose (OEM F6TZ-9S317A) is a key component in maintaining proper oil pressure and supporting overall engine performance. For top-quality parts like this hose, trust TamerX Diesel Parts to provide reliable solutions for your diesel engine needs.

The high-pressure oil pump (HPOP) plays a crucial role in diesel engines, providing the necessary oil pressure to the fuel injectors for proper operation. The HPOP hose carries this oil under high pressure, and when it begins to fail, it can lead to serious engine performance issues. Recognizing the symptoms of a failing high-pressure oil pump hose early can help you avoid costly repairs and maintain your engine’s efficiency.

Common Symptoms of a Failing High-Pressure Oil Pump Hose

Here are the key signs that your high-pressure oil pump hose may be failing:

  • Oil Leaks
    • One of the most obvious signs of a failing HPOP hose is visible oil leaks around the hose connections. This can happen due to cracks, loose fittings, or worn-out seals.
  • Loss of Engine Power
    • A failing HPOP hose can lead to a drop in oil pressure, causing the injectors to malfunction. This results in noticeable engine power loss, especially during acceleration or under heavy load.
  • Hard Starting
    •  If your vehicle has difficulty starting, especially in cold conditions, it could be due to inadequate oil pressure caused by a failing hose. The high-pressure oil system is essential for fuel injector function, and any issue can lead to hard starts.
  • Engine Stalling
    • A failing high-pressure oil pump hose can cause inconsistent oil pressure, leading to engine stalling, particularly at idle or low speeds.
  • Excessive Smoke
    • When the HPOP hose fails and oil pressure drops, the injectors may not function correctly, causing the engine to run rich and produce excessive exhaust smoke.
  • Check Engine Light
    • The engine control module may detect issues related to oil pressure and trigger the check engine light. Running a diagnostic scan can help identify if the high-pressure oil system is involved.

A failing high-pressure oil pump hose can lead to severe engine performance issues, including oil leaks, hard starts, power loss, and engine stalling. Recognizing these symptoms early and addressing them promptly can help prevent further damage to your engine. Regular inspections and maintenance are key to ensuring your HPOP hose and entire oil system remain in optimal condition, keeping your diesel engine running smoothly and efficiently.
