In most cases Tamerx Diesel Products only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud, your billing information must match the credit card you provide.
The terms, conditions, and details of our warranty vary from product to product. Specific warranty details can be found below.
Tamerx Diesel Products provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.
Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".
If you experience a problem with your part or it is not functioning properly, the correct warranty procedure is to call us at (510) 257-1777 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday). Be sure to have your order number and/or other relevant order information ready so we can easily locate your order and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. From that point, we will review with you any troubleshooting steps that may need to be taken and other areas or systems that can be checked to rule out external problems contributing to your part's issue. As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Tamerx Diesel Products, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx Diesel Products will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.
What is a Core Charge?
A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.
30 Day Core Charge Hold
You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.
"This Product Doesn't Have a Core"
Designed to improve oil cleanliness in MaxxForce 11 and 13 engines from 2011 to 2015, the OEM 3013364C94 Centrifuge Assembly helps extend engine life by removing fine contaminants from the lubrication system. This assembly operates by spinning engine oil at high speed, forcing debris outward and away from critical components. Built to OEM specifications, it ensures correct installation and compatibility with the engine’s existing filtration setup. The housing and internal components are constructed to handle continuous use in demanding diesel environments. Ideal for preventative maintenance or replacement during oil system service, this unit supports long-term reliability in fleet and vocational vehicles.

The centrifuge assembly is an essential component in many diesel engines, designed to filter contaminants from the engine oil to ensure optimal performance and longevity. When the centrifuge assembly starts to fail, it can lead to increased engine wear and potential damage. In this blog, we will discuss the symptoms of a failing centrifuge assembly and how to recognize when it needs attention.
-
Increased Oil Contamination
-
If the centrifuge assembly isn’t functioning properly, you may notice an increase in oil contamination. This occurs because the assembly is no longer effectively filtering out harmful particles, which can lead to engine damage over time.
-
-
Excessive Engine Wear
-
Without proper filtration, contaminants in the oil can cause excessive wear on engine components, leading to reduced performance and potentially costly repairs.
-
-
Clogged or Dirty Centrifuge
-
A centrifuge assembly that is clogged or dirty will struggle to filter oil efficiently. Regular maintenance checks can reveal buildup inside the assembly, signaling the need for cleaning or replacement.
-
-
Oil Leaks
-
A failing centrifuge assembly may result in oil leaks around the assembly or its seals. Leaking oil can not only cause engine damage but also create a messy and hazardous situation.
-
-
Overheating Engine
-
If the centrifuge assembly isn’t working as it should, it can lead to oil circulation issues, resulting in engine overheating. Proper oil filtration is critical to keeping the engine running at an optimal temperature.
-
-
Low Oil Pressure
-
A malfunctioning centrifuge assembly can affect oil pressure, causing it to drop. Low oil pressure can lead to insufficient lubrication and increased friction between engine components.
-
-
Engine Warning Lights
-
Many modern vehicles have sensors that monitor engine oil conditions. If the centrifuge assembly is failing, you may see warning lights related to oil quality or pressure on your dashboard.
-
A failing centrifuge assembly can have a significant impact on your engine's performance and longevity. Recognizing symptoms like increased oil contamination, oil leaks, or low oil pressure early can help prevent further damage and costly repairs. At TamerX Diesel Parts, we offer top-quality centrifuge assemblies to keep your engine running smoothly. Regular maintenance and timely replacement of a malfunctioning centrifuge assembly are essential for ensuring your engine's health and performance.
It removes fine contaminants from engine oil using centrifugal force to improve oil cleanliness.
Signs include oil seepage, high soot levels in oil, or restricted oil flow to the filter housing.
It spins the oil rapidly to separate soot and microscopic particles that bypass the main filter.
It is typically mounted above or near the engine oil filter base in the upper engine area.
