As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Tamerx Diesel Products, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx Diesel Products will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.
What is a Core Charge?
A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.
30 Day Core Charge Hold
You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The Doosan D34 DM03 Fuel Injector, OEM 7409567, is an essential part of the diesel engine's fuel delivery system for models manufactured between 2017 and 2023. Sold as a set of four, these injectors ensure precise fuel atomization and delivery, supporting efficient combustion and engine reliability. Below, we explore its key components.
Key Components of the Doosan D34 DM03 Fuel Injector:
- Injector Nozzle
- Atomizes fuel into fine particles, allowing for optimal combustion.
- Fuel Inlet Port
- Facilitates the entry of pressurized fuel into the injector.
- Control Valve
- Regulates the flow and timing of fuel injection to suit engine demands.
- Solenoid Actuator
- Converts electrical signals into mechanical movement for accurate fuel injection.
- Sealing Rings
- Ensure a secure fit, preventing fuel leakage and maintaining pressure integrity.
- Body Housing
- Encases and protects the internal components from wear and contamination.
Each component works in harmony to ensure efficient and reliable fuel delivery. A faulty injector can disrupt fuel distribution, leading to hard starts, poor combustion, and increased emissions.
Driving with a bad fuel injector is possible, but it’s not recommended. A malfunctioning fuel injector can cause a range of issues that may affect your engine's reliability and potentially lead to more costly repairs if ignored.
Risks of Driving with a Bad Fuel Injector:
- Engine Misfires
- A faulty injector can cause incomplete combustion, leading to rough driving conditions and potential engine damage.
- Reduced Fuel Efficiency
- The engine may consume more fuel as it struggles to compensate for the injector issue.
- Increased Emissions
- A bad injector can disrupt the air-fuel ratio, leading to higher levels of harmful emissions.
- Engine Overheating
- Inconsistent fuel delivery can cause your engine to run hotter than normal.
- Catalytic Converter Damage
- Unburned fuel can flow into the exhaust system, damaging the catalytic converter over time.
If you must drive, keep trips short and avoid high-demand situations like towing or heavy acceleration. However, prolonged use of a vehicle with a bad injector can worsen the problem, leading to additional damage.
The fuel injector delivers precise amounts of fuel into the engine's combustion chamber, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
By enabling precise fuel delivery and efficient combustion, the injector reduces unburned fuel and lowers harmful emissions.
Regular replacement of fuel filters, using clean, high-quality fuel, and periodic system cleanings can help maintain injector performance.
Factors include fuel contamination, insufficient lubrication, excessive heat, and improper maintenance practices.
