SHIPPING POLICY

Tamerx Diesel Products ships via UPS Ground. Next day air shipping can be arranged for a reasonable price of anywhere from $50.00 - $100.00 depending on the weight of the product and your location. We will do everything we can to make sure that you get the service you need. We understand how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible.
In most cases Tamerx Diesel Products only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud, your billing information must match the credit card you provide.

The terms, conditions, and details of our warranty vary from product to product. Specific warranty details can be found below.

Tamerx Diesel Products provides a replacement warranty on all of our parts. The duration and mileage limitations of the warranty vary by product and are specified on the product's detail page/item listing.

Please note that the warranty covers replacement of the part and the cost of shipping the replacement part to you only. It does not cover any shop, labor, towing, or any similar or related costs. This is not a "money back guarantee".

If you experience a problem with your part or it is not functioning properly, the correct warranty procedure is to call us at (510) 257-1777 (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday). Be sure to have your order number and/or other relevant order information ready so we can easily locate your order and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. From that point, we will review with you any troubleshooting steps that may need to be taken and other areas or systems that can be checked to rule out external problems contributing to your part's issue. If a replacement is determined to be necessary, we will then arrange for your replacement part to ship out ASAP and issue any necessary return shipping labels and/or documents.

As is the case for the majority of the diesel products sold on Tamerx Diesel Products, your part's warranty is active as soon as you install it. In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx Diesel Products will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.

What is a Core Charge?

A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.

30 Day Core Charge Hold

You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The fuel rail pressure relief valve is an essential component for maintaining the safety and efficiency of your Doosan engine’s fuel system. The Doosan D18 DM01, D24 DM02, and D34 DM03 Fuel Rail Pressure Relief Valve (OEM 7415666) is designed to release excess pressure, preventing damage to the fuel system and ensuring smooth engine operation. Proper understanding and maintenance of this valve are crucial to avoid engine problems and extend the life of your fuel system.

Key Functions of the Fuel Rail Pressure Relief Valve

  • Regulates Fuel Pressure
    • This valve prevents excessive pressure build-up in the fuel rail, protecting fuel injectors and other system components from damage.
  • Ensures Smooth Operation
    •  By maintaining optimal fuel pressure, the relief valve helps ensure the engine runs efficiently and smoothly, reducing the risk of misfires or stalling.
  • Prevents Fuel Leaks
    •  A properly functioning relief valve prevents dangerous fuel leaks that could occur if the system experiences excessive pressure.
  • Protects Fuel System Components
    •  High fuel pressure can damage injectors and other parts of the fuel system. This valve serves as a safeguard against over-pressurization.

Maintenance Tips for the Fuel Rail Pressure Relief Valve

  • Regular Inspections
    •  Inspect the valve periodically for signs of wear, leaks, or cracks that could impact its ability to regulate pressure effectively.
  • Monitor Fuel Pressure
    • Keep an eye on fuel pressure levels. If pressure readings are consistently too high, the relief valve may need maintenance or replacement.
  • Replace When Necessary
    •  If the valve shows signs of failure, such as fuel leaks or inconsistent pressure regulation, replacing it with the OEM 7415666 will help maintain system integrity.
  • Keep the Fuel System Clean
    • Regular maintenance of the overall fuel system, including filters and injectors, can help reduce strain on the relief valve, ensuring it performs reliably.

The Doosan D18 DM01, D24 DM02, and D34 DM03 Fuel Rail Pressure Relief Valve (OEM 7415666) is a vital component for maintaining the safety and efficiency of your engine’s fuel system. Regular inspections and timely replacements can help prevent over-pressurization, protecting your fuel system and ensuring smooth engine operation. Trust TamerX Diesel Parts for high-quality replacement parts to keep your engine running efficiently and safely.

The fuel rail pressure relief valve plays a crucial role in maintaining the correct fuel pressure within the fuel system, ensuring your engine operates smoothly. When this valve fails, it can lead to various performance issues, engine damage, and increased emissions. Understanding the causes of fuel rail pressure relief valve failure can help you prevent these issues and keep your vehicle running efficiently.

Common Causes of Fuel Rail Pressure Relief Valve Failure

Several factors can contribute to the failure of a fuel rail pressure relief valve. Here are the most common reasons:

  • Excessive Fuel Pressure
    • Prolonged exposure to high fuel pressure can cause the relief valve to wear out prematurely. When the valve is constantly overworked, it can become weak or fail to regulate pressure properly.
  • Fuel Contamination
    • Dirt, debris, or contaminated fuel can clog or damage the relief valve, preventing it from functioning correctly. Contaminants can obstruct the valve's ability to open and close, causing pressure imbalances.
  • Normal Wear and Tear
    • Over time, the pressure relief valve can wear down due to regular use. Like any mechanical component, it has a limited lifespan and may eventually fail as it ages.
  • Faulty Seals or O-Rings
    • The seals or O-rings around the valve can degrade or become damaged, leading to leaks and reduced pressure regulation. This can cause fuel pressure to fluctuate or drop.
  • Improper Installation
    • If the valve is not installed correctly or if the fuel system components are not properly aligned, it can lead to premature failure or improper function of the relief valve.
  • Corrosion
    • Exposure to moisture and other elements can cause corrosion within the fuel rail system, leading to valve failure. Corrosion can damage the internal components of the valve, preventing it from functioning properly.

A failing fuel rail pressure relief valve can lead to a range of problems, from poor engine performance to fuel system damage. By understanding the common causes of failure—such as excessive pressure, contamination, and normal wear—you can take preventive measures to extend the lifespan of your valve. Regular maintenance and monitoring of the fuel system will help ensure your vehicle continues to run smoothly and efficiently.
