In some other cases, warranty activation is contingent upon you sending us your core (i.e., your old part). Tamerx Diesel Products will provide you a return shipping label for parts that have a warranty with a core return condition. When we have received your core return, the part's warranty coverage begins. We reserve the right to void the product warranty if your core is not received within the allotted time, or if it isn't received at all. If the warranty for the diesel part you are purchasing has a core return requirement, it will be clearly noted on the product detail page/item listing.
What is a Core Charge?
A core charge (also called "core deposit") is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda and is a standard requirement in the auto parts industry. For example, in many states, to promote recycling, you pay a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have a core charge, or core price, that works in essentially the same way as a soda can deposit.
30 Day Core Charge Hold
You authorize Tamerx Diesel Products, to hold your credit card for the specified core charge amount and that you agree to return your core with 30 days of receiving the purchased part. When we have received your core return, the hold is released and the core charge payment is canceled.

The Bobcat Doosan D24, 2.4L Fuel Injector (2017-2021) is an essential part of your engine's fuel system. These injectors ensure precise delivery of fuel into the engine, maximizing efficiency and combustion. Understanding how they work can help you identify potential issues and maintain your equipment effectively.
Fuel injectors operate by spraying fuel into the engine’s combustion chamber at high pressure, allowing the engine to run smoothly. They are electronically controlled to deliver the exact amount of fuel needed based on the engine's demand.
Here’s how the fuel injector functions:
- Precise Fuel Delivery
- The injectors spray fuel in a fine mist, ensuring an even burn within the engine.
- Electronic Control
- These injectors are controlled by the engine's control system, which dictates the timing and amount of fuel injected.
- High Pressure
- The fuel is injected at high pressure, optimizing combustion and improving engine efficiency.
- Multiple Injectors
- Each injector serves a specific cylinder, ensuring balanced fuel distribution.
Proper maintenance of the Bobcat Doosan D24 fuel injectors is essential for avoiding engine issues and ensuring long-term reliability. If you notice signs of fuel delivery problems like rough idling or hard starting, it may be time to inspect or replace your injectors.
Fuel injectors play a crucial role in your vehicle’s engine by delivering the precise amount of fuel needed for optimal combustion. However, several factors can lead to their failure, affecting your car’s efficiency and reliability.
Common Causes of Fuel Injector Failure
- Clogged Injectors
- Dirt and debris from fuel impurities
- Carbon buildup over time
- Poor quality fuel

Regular maintenance is key to extending the life of your fuel injectors. Using high-quality fuel, replacing fuel filters timely, and ensuring the fuel system is clean can prevent many common issues. Additionally, addressing engine problems early can reduce the strain on your injectors.
By understanding these causes and taking proactive steps, you can maintain the health of your fuel injectors and ensure your vehicle runs smoothly for years to come.
It precisely injects atomized fuel into the combustion chamber to facilitate clean and efficient combustion.
Components like the pintle, nozzle seat, and internal spring mechanism experience gradual wear over time.
Excessive exhaust smoke, poor acceleration, and rough idling often signal injector problems.
Clogging restricts fuel flow, leading to incomplete combustion and a noticeable drop in engine performance.
